Were you able to solve it? I’ve been dealing with the same issue for quite a while now.
Unfortunately not software wise. I bought a USB audio card and it doesn’t have this issue. If buying hardware isn’t an option then I suppose your best bet is installing Pipewire which might solve the problem.
