Problems with loading nVidia card, intel is always active


Please do a search of the forum, just about every question that can be asked about Nvidia, has been answered.

What happens if you run nvidia-smi? What’s the output of cat /proc/acpi/bbswitch?

$ nvidia-smi
No devices were found
$ cat /proc/acpi/bbswitch

Are you sure you added your username to the bumblebee group?
sudo gpasswd -a youusername bumblebee
