Hi. Last night i updated my system after updating i went to the settings to see change my appearances. After clicking it it changed all my settings and now there are two global themes in the appearances tab. What should i do?

Have you rebooted directly after the update?
Nothing. It’s a System Settings bug. Everyone with an updated Plasma installation now has that.

Please rethink (and possibly adjust) the title of your post:
- you did not update (just) the kernel, but the whole system
- “problem” usually implies some “seriousness” like non booting system, frequent crashes or something along those lines: double entries in some settings hardly seem to qualify
