Problem with Wifi

I have a dual boot with Windows and I think I messed up my wifi. On Windows, it shows that my wifi device is disconnected so I tried a uninstall and reinstall the driver. But now the wifi device doesn’t even show up on both Windows and Manjaro. Could someone help me with this? Here is my inxi output:

I got it working after ~ 3 restarts. Not sure why the issue appears in the first place ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

If you are dual-booting with windoze it can adversely affect the wireless card … for example if you have not disabled ‘fast startup’ (windoze setting to actually never shutdown but instead hibernate … so ‘faster start’) then the card will not be relinquished.
