Visual studio code lags

Hello Every one,
I recently updated my visual-studio-code-bin to (1.58.0-1 ) before it lagged a little but now it is lagging very much I tried disabling all extensions it was a little better but still lagged.
Please help me I am a noob so please explain me how to do the required things.
