Problem with letters < g h ´ space (ES ES) on usb keyboards

Hello!

When I connect usb keyboards to my Dell Vostro 5481 laptop, some no keys work, and on others only the keys < g h ´ space don’t work (Spanish of Spain).

It happens to me with all the tested kernels, the laptop keyboard and the wireless ones do not have this problem.

It appears only sometimes, and it doesn’t seem to be after updates. Sometimes it is solved by connecting and disconnecting several times, and sometimes not. Changing usb port doesn’t work either.

It is a problem reported in Windows, fixed by installing the keyboard manually. In Linux I can’t find a solution to this specific problem.

I use the KDE Plasma version.

What I can do?

Thank you.

The keyboard works today. Probably a mechanical fail. …or not.
