Hello i have Problem With KDE Plasma Wayland and X11 When i start it up it Gives me Orginal KDE Logon and Not Manjaro and it also gives me blank screen When i Run plasmashell --replace the error is Qt.qpa Plugin Can Anyone Help Me?
You mean SDDM?
Is using breeze theme instead of breath? Dont worry … there are very few differences besides the breath fork of breeeze being from a much earlier breeze (aka - bugs).
This is configurable via the sddm kcm;
System Settings > Appearance & Style > Colors & Themes > Login Screen (SDDM)
Maybe a bad widget or old configs?
Why are you running plasmashell --replace in the first place?

The Splash Screen is The Breeze i cant Find The Breath and the Wallpaper is not Manjaro its The Mountain Wallpaper

Then you must have removed some things.
It would be provided by the plasma6-themes-breath package that is included with all plasma ISOs.
No default sddm theme (breath or breeze) shows a mountain. Well, I suppose the breath one (provided by sddm-breath-theme package) has one in the background, with a more prominent lighthouse in the foreground.
Regardless … the background is configurable.
Click the little ‘picture’ icon inside the theme tile in the SDDM kcm.
You may also be interested in the button along the top ‘Apply Plasma Settings…’

First, do you want a splash screen? You do not have to use one. I don’t. 
You posted the most basic one. but why stop there?

Its the system settings section right above sddm.
System Settings > Appearance & Style > Colors & Themes > Splash Screen

i install it from USB Drive
What usb? When? From what ISO?
As Iinked above … all ISOs would contain sddm-breath-theme.

Never seen such an error from inxi and cant find any other example online.
You cant run inxi (a system information tool) and your system is laggy and you are missing core packages …
I dont know what you did but your manjaro, if indeed it was ever manjaro, sounds rather broken.
And if you cant provide basic diagnostic information … then helping is going to be rather difficult.
I suppose we can try to tell you to sort mirrors, sync, upgrade, etc, and retry inxi …
