Problem with Chromium after latest update on unstable branch

The problem has also been documented on the raspberry pi forum. See:
https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=380306

Although the post is about the Brave browser, it seems to be based on Chromium: 131.0.6778.85.

Interesting part is on GT King Pro Manjaro-Arm Chromium_v131.0.6778.85. works.

On GT King Pro Debian Chromium-v131.0.6778.85. crashes.

Looks like arch-arm has chromium v131.0.6778.108-1 in the works. It has not made it to their repo yet though to download and test.

Ha. Ha. If you follow the link and click on “Download” it gives “404 Not Found”.
Doesn’t inspire much confidence. :anguished:

Means it has not made it to the repo yet.

Workaround for 16k kernel in chromium-flags.conf

--js-flags=--no-decommit-pooled-pages

or switch to a 4k kernel
