Whenever i try to load nvidia-xrun it gives me following error:

modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'nvidia': No such device
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'nvidia_drm': No such device

How do i solve this problem?

That nouveau means you do not have any nvidia driver installed. For optimus laptops you have this options:

Read about them and chose only one solution.

I have already installed nvidia. Just checked in pamac.

So, did you reboot? By the inxi provided you don't have it. If you installed via pamac then you did a mistake. You have to use the mhwd ...

Ok, i have installed nvidia-xrun via pamac, it asked me to install an nvidia provider where i selected linux50-nvidia, and then i went to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf and blacklisted nouveau, appending blacklist nouveau.

I have already tried mhwd method but it isnt working thats why i decided to do it manually.

My notebook is DELL G3 15 (GTX 1050Ti). still its not working. where am i going wrong?

I provided you a link where are explained for each existing option, the proper way to get nvidia working with proprietary drivers on optimus laptops. The thing is that not all of those work for all laptops. From my point of view, the best approach is the use of optimus-switch.

Regarding your choice to use nvidia-xrun ... best to address any issues about it to @Witko on github and make sure you followed 100% the how to
