Problem installing program outside the software center

Hello everyone
I hope to make my problem better understood.
I would like to install the gEDA schematich program, a program for creating printed circuit boards.
In the old computer I had MXlinux and I could find it in the repository.
Not here, but on the site that I am attaching geda:download [gEDA Project Wiki].
Or downloaded the geda-gaf-1.10.2.tar.gz package.
When I tried to nstalalo or had various problems due to lack of dependencies, in the end I was able to find everything and start the installation. But the gEda schematic program cannot find it.
He created the GEDA folder in the home but the .geda folder is not there.
Can anyone help me. Because it is the only program that I know how to use well and I am happy with it and above all I have many schemes made with him.
But at the same time I don’t want to leave Manjaro because I feel good there.
thank you all

That software is available from the AUR…

pamac build geda-gaf

… or, if you want the development version…

pamac build geda-gaf-git

If you also want to have support for it in gnucap, then you can add the following package…

pamac build gnucap-geda-git

What is “it”?

Should it be named “GEDA” or “.geda”? Punctuation and case matter.
If you searched for “.geda”, did you make the hidden files show?

I don’t know how to thank you.
I lost a life there how to install it.
Thanks again

sorry I don’t know if you can solve the problem for me.
everything is fine installed and ok only when I go to File I get this error "Invalid borders specified for theme pixmap:
borders don’t fit within the imageinvalid source position for vertical gradientinvalid "
Can you understand how I can solve it?
Then only the first one works as an installer, the other two always give me error at the end.
thank you all.
I wanted to insert a screen shot but the post doesn’t let me insert it
