have you tried a reinstall, that install looks corrupted.

Reinstalled like 5 times, yet this issue everytime

Intel integrated. Also, note that KDE and XFCE editions don’t have this issue. Only GNOME

it happens at early boot, so i’m thinking the splash screen.
try:
sudo pacman -S plymouth plymouth-theme-manjaro

to reinstall.
