Hi,
When I press [Print Screen] key on keyboard nothing happens?
Previous versions would bring up a screen capture dialog.
How I fix this?

Did you remove spectacle program? If so, then reinstall it, if you didn’t, then open Spectacle and reconfigure it.
Just to add to @omano’s post, while in Spectacle** click Configure > Shortcuts.
“Launch Spectable” should show “Print” under the “Global” column.
Can also get to this setting from System Settings > Shortcuts. Under “Applications”, click Spectacle.
It was a bug in KDE and should be fixed now.
