Power Management not responding to settings

The screen locks after 5 minutes no matter what I do.
How do I by pass this KDE bug through the command line?

It is not a bug; you are just in the wrong section of Plasma’s System Settings.

Try System Settings → Security & Privacy → Screen Locking:
