How does it happen that you still have icu 67 version on your system since all branches have the 68.2 ?
Also all branches have the same postfix version, with the same dependencies versions … Same deal with raptor package. Make sure you fully update your system before installing packages:
sudo pacman-mirrors -f5 && sudo pacman -Syyu
