I’ve been using Manjaro gnome with pop shell because I’d gotten used to the tiling while using Pop!_OS. Recently I noticed that the terminal windows don’t tile properly. It seems that they have an offset and hover above other windows while the place where they should be tiled is kept empty. I was wondering if other people have experienced this issue and found a fix.

That is known and present since the beginning of pop-shell, and it manifested in different ways, different gaps, overlaps, shifted placement, etc. At least that is what i remember. Apparently with alacritty you can have a nice tiling experience in Gnome and pop-shell-extension …
