I have - Wayland was quite unstable with Plasma 5.27.

Is it the same if you use X11 session?
I understand that - I only remember this from the latest Plasma 5 where the shell would occasionally restart - I cannot remember seeing it after the major version change to Plasma 6 (that may be be my memory playing tricks on me) - that is why I speculate, that it could somehow be hardware related.
Stable branch was updated February 23. - is this the update you are referring to?
I just checked - testing doesn’t have Plasma 6.6. yet - you would have to move to unstable to get past 6.5
