Plasma panels with multiple monitors

Has anyone experienced an issue where you have a panel on one monitor and the second acts as if the panel is there as well?

I have 2 monitors. 1 landscape (main) and 1 portrait.
I have a regular plasma panel on the portrait monitor and no panels on the main landscape monitor to allow for maximum real estate.
The main monitor acts as if there is an transparent panel there and attempts to maximise windows when dragged up etc.
This happens for me in either configuration of panel locations.

Not seen this myself but why not add a panel for that display & set it to auto-hide? It’s how I set mine but I do have panels on all displays (configured differently on each, by the way).

I have 3 monitors and haven’t had this issue personally. I only use 1 panel on my right most monitor.
