Plasma lock/sleep unstable on Lenovo T16

When computer is going to sleep mode by itself it’s impossible to wake it without having to shutdown the computer with the power button (it goes black screen, or lock screen but only the hour is shown, etc…)

Here is the inxi -Faz output :

I highly recommend going trough this English Community-Lenovo Community
and update the BIOS as suggested there
From this

to 1.25 (N3BET47W) from BIOS Update (Utility & Bootable CD) for Windows 11, 10 (64-bit), Linux - ThinkPad T14 Gen 3, P14s Gen 3, T16 Gen 1, P16s Gen 1 - Lenovo Support IN

BUT please double check before doing it, as you see there is also a Linux zip file … and probably you can update it even via fwupd

Thanks for your answer,

I never done any update like this, i would need to take a look into it.

Since it’s my company computer I’m a bit scared of experimenting with it

Could you tell me how to update using “fwupd” ? Do i just need to do

fwupdmgr update

?
