Additionally, system information is a prerequisite for others to have a better understanding of your hardware.
At the barest minimum, please provide the output of the following command;
inxi --admin --verbosity=8 --filter --no-host --width
along with any other information you can provide.
Please also ensure that command output is posted according to forum requirements (see below).

An issue may be directly related to a particular update; these announcements should generally be checked before posting a request for support.

I see this in a recent update announcement:
… which seems similar (in essence) but you’re using AMD graphics, so it’s not likely to be related.
Here’s another thread that seems similar to what you describe (at least, at face value), but as yet has no solution:
Keep in mind that while it might not be currently possible to login via a TTY, you can still boot with the Manjaro ISO and open a chroot environment to affect repairs or troubleshoot.
While it’s actually meant for another scenario, this tutorial gives instructions on how to enter a chroot environment;
keep this handy, as it will likely be needed:
