Video and Audio Playback are not working in GNOME using PipeWire.

I would suggest taking a look at this post, your problem might be the same.
If you have tried the solutions suggested there and Audio is still broken, feel free to reply.
It worked somewhat because it takes pipewire media session 5 to 6 seconds to start on boot but pulseaudio is instantaneous.
