Pipewire Microphone issues

Good day,
got the following problem since switching to 6.5.1-1

  • My microphone (rode podcaster usb) is randomly stopped being recorded. The Input in the OS still works but I can’t get any mic input into any software other than easy effects.

  • Very rarely the audio starts crackling.

Since switching to manjaro I had nothing but issues with microphone input and I cant nail it down to anything. Any help would be appreciated

Welcome.

Did you try an LTS kernel like 6.1?
Switching kernels is pretty easy on Manjaro:

Yeah I did. I migrated from LTS 6.1 because I had the same issue.

Quick update: I fixed the audio crackling issue. But I am not sure about the microphone. Needs further testing
