Pipewire bluetooth disconnect on screen lock

Hi,
I switched to pipewire a few weeks ago, and I have had my share of small issues, but this one is rather annoying.
I have a Sony WH-CH710N Bluetooth headset, and my PC has an integrated bluetooth controller. I can connect the headset to my PC fine and then change the sink to the AD2P channel, and everything works.
However, when I lock my screen (Ctrl+Alt+Supr on XFCE4 Manjaro), the bluetooth connection drops, and when I log back in I have to reconnect the headphones and change the sink.
This didn’t happen before when I used pulseaudio, the headphones remained connected until I unlocked the screen again.

The only thing i can see in journalctl -xb is:

Has anyone had or solved the same problem? I am running out of ideas.

Have you already tried turning off powersaving for the Bluetooth adapter?

How can I do that?
And just out of curiosity, why does this make a difference with pipewire but not with pulseaudio?
