Pipewire 1.0.0 Conflict with Video

Just updated to Manjaro XFCE 23.1 Vulcan and now there’s a conflict with playing local and internet videos. As long as sound is muted the video clips play. As soon as I unmute sound the video stutters then freezes while sound continues before stopping. This is 100% repeatable. Graphic games play fine. The problem is just with video files. inxi output:

I think my title matches my problem. When I play videos with sound on they freeze. When I mute sound they play. This came about after the upgrade to Pipewire 1.0.0. I didn’t have this problem before. Can you suggest a tittle that works?

Nevermind. I figured it out.
