Multiple display setup only have one working display

Im trying to use a multiple monitor setup that used to work before but after a reinstall in a new ssd it wont work.
I have 2 gpu an Nvidia gt 730 and my integrated intel graphics
1 display its connected via VGA to the nvidia card while the other display its connected directly to the motherboard also through VGA
xrandr wont detect the second display

Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1366 x 768, maximum 16384 x 16384
VGA-0 connected 1366x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 410mm x 230mm
   1366x768 59.79*+
   1280x720 60.00
   1024x768 75.03 60.00
   800x600 75.00 60.32 56.25
   640x480 75.00 59.94
DVI-D-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
This is the output of xrandr command

xrandr --listproviders gives me this output

Providers: number : 1
Provider 0: id: 0x278 cap: 0x1, Source Output crtcs: 4 outputs: 3 associated providers: 0 name:NVIDIA-0

also i tried looking for the intel graphics with inxi -G and gives me this output

Graphics: Device-1: NVIDIA GK208B [GeForce GT 730] driver: nvidia v: 470.63.01
Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.13 driver: loaded: nvidia resolution: 1366x768~60Hz
OpenGL: renderer: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730/PCIe/SSE2 v: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 470.63.01

also tried the lspci command and it gives me this output witch it only shows 1 VGA compatible controller

Im not quite sure what to do my last hope was to find the pci id and try to force the display into the xorg config file
if im not mistaken i got it working before with optimus-manager but for some reason if i install it rn it prevent my system from booting i entered a live environment mounted my sdd and chrooted into it and had to uninstall it
any help its greatly aprecciate it
and sorry if this is a stupid question have a nice day!

Is this a laptop? Just to make sure, did you follow the instrucction depending if you are using KDE or GNOME?

With optimus-manager is the easiest way to make external display works, but I don’t know if this applies with VGA ports (I only know it works with HDMI ports).

This is a desktop and im using xfce optimus manager used to work with both my VGA monitors but i gave up and bought a VGA to hdmi adapter and i connected both my displays to my graphics card and im using it no problem
Thanks for the response though and have a nice day
