PC won't wake from hibernate/resume sometimes

Please bear with me if this has been discussed already, but my AMD Ryzen PC won’t resume from hibernate from time to time. Usually, it works: Pressing the power button send the machine to hibernation, using any input or pressing that button again wakes it up.

Sometimes that won’t work. The machine would become completely unresponsive. The fan is turning at high speed, pressing the power button doesn’t do anything. Only thing I can do then is to press and hold power for a few seconds, turn off the machine.

I’m not even sure how to debug that. Any ideas?
