Panfrost for Bifrost GPUs - Big improvements

glmark2-es2-wayland scores improved significantly on Manjaro-Arm-KDE with the latest Update in Unstable Branch - to linux-khadas-5.18.12-1.
Manjaro-Arm-KDE-linux-khadas glmark2-es2-wayland score of 1595 to 1617.

Prior to this upgrade Manjaro-Arm-KDE-linux-khadas-5.18.5-1 glmark2-es2-wayland scores ranges 532 to 570.

Now it scored higher than Manjaro-Arm-Gnome-linux-khadas-5.18.12-1 (Gnome 42.2 Stable Branch) score ranges from 1500 to 1550.
