Add/Remove Software title bar and search bar overlapping each other. I am unable to use the tabs Installed, Browse, Updates. When I approach them to use them Search Bar appears out of nowhere. Is it just me or Is this a thing and has a fix?

Is on your side, not an issue i can reproduce. Try to change back and forth the GTK+ theme in Plasma Settings …
