Yes, updated libpamac fixed the issue.

[Stable Update] 2023-08-29 - Kernels, Mesa, Deepin, Firefox, KDE Gear & Frameworks, Nvidia, Budgie Stable Updates

Updated libpamac fixed the issue with appstream databases.
