It takes a minimum of seven founding members, two of whom must physically be present when the documents establishing the foundation of the e.V. are legally submitted to a notary in Germany.
The seven founding members are scattered across different countries, and with respect to one of the founding members, even across different continents. Therefore, gathering all of their signatures on the legal documents takes a lot of time.
Once everyone has signed the documents, @dennis1248 will be traveling to Germany, and then he and @romangg will be submitting the documents to the notary.
