Not really sure we can make sense of the version numbers. For sure some didn’t change a lot, but are every devs following same practices in versioning?
We’re also missing the big picture, many of these packages are not in Manjaro anymore, and current Manjaro has wayyyyy more packages I think.
The opposite would have been more interesting I think 
to compare what we have now with what there was 10 years ago
