Is there a way to disable touch screen? Getting ghost clicks

I’m on the 20.1 “Mikah” release and have been getting a lot of ghost clicking in the top right of my screen. I’ve narrowed it down to it not being my mousepad, mouse, or a dirty screen. So I’m assuming it’s my touchscreen.

I’ve looked in settings, but I didn’t find an option to disable the touchscreen. Is there a command-line argument I could run? I’m on a Dell XPS 1935.

Thanks.

Have you looked in UEFI/BIOS?
or maybe something like this:

The option was indeed under system configuration in BIOS. Appreciate the help. Thanks.
