Okular theme/icon are messed up

Hi everyone!

I’ve been having issue with Okular recently where PDFs have a blurry text and half cut icons. Also, all menu bar items get selected when I move my mouse over it and disappear the item completely when I hover over them again. I also tried flatpak and snaps of Okular but it did not any help.

ayo actually, turns out it was just a scaling issue. I fixed it myself by adding QT_SCALE_FACTOR=1.15 in /etc/environment. This solved it. Holy smokes what a relief
