Can you please clarify what i shouldn’t ask on the forums.

Asking in forum just to know something

i read the forum rules Forum Rules - Manjaro but it didn’t say anything about my question Is it ok to consider asking in the forum when I just want to know something? if not is there any other places where i can ask these questions maybe Reddit r/ManjaroLinux? and is it okay to try to help someone in the forum when you are a newbie to Linux? I think both of these can be annoying to people spending their precious time trying to help

I think what you are saying is a contradiction to the answer i received on that question .
