After selecting NL language and then doing a fresh install of Manjaro-xfce-20.2.1-210103-linux59 the installed system was only showing English US. The Local settings in Manjaro Settings Manager was set to NL and could not be changed e.g. to English.
The only solution was (with some reboots in between):
- to add another language. I selected Nederlands (België)
- select that language as the default (took some time)
- remove the language Nederlands (Nederland)
- add Nederlands (Nederland) again
- select that language as the default
Finally Manjaro language was set to Nederlands as the default language.
However, after removal of the Belgium language, Manjaro was back to English (US).
I quit and switch to something else.
After retrying the whole installation procedure once again everything looks good!
May be i forgot to format the / partition during the preparation of the installation.
Or perhaps i installed kernel 4.19 to quickly (I need a working R8101 network driver, which is included).
Note: Too bad that something happened to the moka icon theme
