Just go in pamac and search to install:
plasma-x11-session
After that at the bottom of your login screen, you can change between Wayland and X11.

BTW, I just did a search on what is x11 and what is wayland. I now understand what you meant more clearly, I only had very vague notions of what x11 was to begin with… Just knew that it was a 'dependency’ & that was about it.
Now I get it!
As an ‘autodidact’ DIY kind of guy, I only teach myself what I need to know, when I need to know it… So this was the time to finally delve into that little rabbit hole.
Good job on your end for making me curious enough to look into that.
