Im passing edid file to get more refresh rate on monitor and it worked fine till nvidia-470xx-dkms-470.86 version of the driver and recently it got upgraded to 470.94 in the aur. I downloaded the 470.86 driver from nvidia website (its a .run file and im getting lot of errors executing it). Is there any possible way i could just roll back to the 470.86 version?
This two do not mix and will not work like that.
We provide the video-nvidia-470xx with the precompiled and necessary kernel modules in our repository.

You have to do it in the correct file, and due to our MHWD it will be /etc/X11/mhwd.d/nvidia.conf
