Something to try regarding the CPU temperature, install s-tui and from terminal run it with command s-tui. From there click on Stress and check the temperature.
If you can’t see it all because of your monitor resolution, you should be able to zoom in/out in your terminal with CTRL + + or CTRL + -.
Click on Monitor to stop the stress test, and press CTRL + C to close the program.
Report temperatures, and see if it reaches high temperaure, and if the CPU frequency stays high or if it goes down as temperature rises.
