does manjaro support NTFS for sharing files from windows on an external HDD?
If you by your question mean - can Manjaro read and write NTFS - then the answer is yes.
Depending on how you shut windows down the filesystem may be marked as active which will prohibit writing to the device.
Always use the safe-eject method when removing the device from Windows to ensure the filesystem is not active and to avoid dataloss.
Always use safe-eject from Manjaro and the eject may take longer time to eject as cached data may need to be written to the device - again - patience is necessary to avoid dataloss.
It is possible to create a system rule which disables write-cache for USB storage.
