running pacman-mirrors with the -i/–interactive option reveal an issue with the dependency npyscreen.
The npyscreen module tries to set the LC_ALL to an empty string but fails with a message **locale.Error: unsupported locale setting".
Since npyscreen usually work - I am speculating - what could be the root cause - and frankly - I have no idea where to look - maybe some ARM experience members have an idea?
