Notebook does not wake up from suspend

using:
Release: 21.2.6
Codename: Qonos

if suspend is triggered then usually the system is not started again properly. It shows some log messages (see attached image). Then I have to power off the notebook by long press of power button.

Any idea if this is just somehow configuration issue? I have not touch system defaults related to power settings till today when I disabled automatic suspend …
