Noise in connected wired headphones

Hello. For today I found a problem – there is a constant noise in connected wired headphones. When system sound appears, or triggered system event (on boot and on shutdown), to this noise adds some high frequency noise for 5-7 seconds, then move back to default constant noise. Also, noise pulsing when I move cursor with touchpad, scroll it, and press any key on keyboard or any another system event. Looks like problem with voltage/grounding, but also there is no problem on this laptop under Windows. When I play some sound under windows, noise stops after 1 second, and there is no noise anyway.

There is output of lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 audio:

03:00.1 Audio device [0403]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Raven/Raven2/Fenghuang HDMI/DP Audio Controller [1002:15de]

(it’s interesting that for AMD card it uses HDA Intel driver) (this is answer for intel driver naming for HDA)
Also, I’ve tried to add load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0 on pulse/ line, and reboot pulseaudio doesn’t solve this problem. Also, I have found a solutions on ubuntu-forums, which recommends to mute some alsa channels and disable loopback values, but I haven’t found them on alsamixer, and it can’t be a solution for this situation.

Compare this with my own laptop based on Manjaro, there is also a little noise in headphones, but this sound is too low, and I can’t say that this sound is annoying.

inxi -Fazy, if it can help:
