No video from capture card

I have gotten a new capture card, the EVGA XR1. My computer does seem to be picking it up, as it registers the audio signals. However, there doesn’t seem to be any video. What am I doing wrong?

Have you installed guvcview ? How is listed in lsusb ?
Is OBS detecting it?

I have installed guvcview, and now the computer seems to get video from it. It’s listed as EVGA Corporation EVGA XR1 Capture Box in lsusb. As for OBS, it’s still having trouble. I tried the V4L2 Test Bench as well, and it’s not detecting any video.
