Have you tried the CLI command?
pamac upgrade -a

Probably packages was reverted because it was added by accident to stable branch (I guess you use it).
I can reproduce this and i opened and issue on gitlab
Could it be the same issue I reported about pamac-tray-icon-plasma, where the Featured applications are blank when pamac is opened via tray icon on Plasma?

Is one or another, or even both. I can reproduce it only on one install, kde plasma git version on unstable branch, hence is even more confusing for me.
For me, it’s on non-git version on Testing branch.
I can still upgrade, its more of graphical glitch that doesn’t show the actual package list
