No notification sounds in KDE

Hi folks,
as mentioned in title i have a problem with the notification sounds in KDE. No notification sound is played except the logout-sound. When i test the sounds in the configuration window everthing is played properly.
Muting of the notification sounds is toggled off. That was the solution for most people in the forums.

I use Manjaro KDE with all updates installed. Sound IS working - Playing music works fine…

I think it is just a small configuration thing.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much for your replies

Look in systemsettings -> hardware -> audio , in Applications tab , notificatios volume.

Notifications volume is not muted.

sounds are enabled in config for some events

the ONLY sound that is playing, is the logoff-sound… strange!

any help is appreciated! welcome every idea you have!

I know but I misread that one of the sounds is working, so my reply had no value.

It’s very hard to see whether it’s muted or not. Have you tried clicking on the button?

have you checked your sound options in terminal what’s your ouput of

pacmd list-sinks

Application sounds are turnded on - are on 100% and not muted.

same for me: playing music works fine - but NO notifications sounds.
Testing the sounds in the KDE options works fine too
