No keyboard, trackpad or mouse input after first boot

Version 20.0.3 according to the ISO.

When I was installing manjaro, everything seemed to work fine : keyboard, mouse and trackpad, but after the installation, nothing. When it boots I get a brief error message about something failing to initialize (something nvme if I remember correctly) but I don’t have the time to read it entirely. I installed manjaro alongside windows and some other linux distro. Manjaro and the other linux distro share the /boot and swap partition.

Keyboard works fine in grub.

did you select the right keyboard during your installation. Also did you try a reboot?

I selected the right keyboard and tried to reboot multiple times.

  1. Use the virtual on-screen keyboard to give us some more info:

    inxi --full --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host

    is a good start.

  2. Does it work in a TTY? (Press Ctrl+Alt+F2)
