No GSM internet connection after update network manager (version more than 1.34)

    Packages: 1657 (pacman), 21 (flatpak)
    Shell: zsh 5.9
    Resolution: 1366x768
    DE: GNOME 42.1
    WM: Mutter
    WM Theme: Adwaita
    Theme: Adwaita-maia-compact-dark [GTK2/3]
    Icons: Papirus-Dark-Maia [GTK2/3]
    Terminal: gnome-terminal
    CPU: Intel i5-2520M (4) @ 3.200GHz
    GPU: Intel 2nd Generation Core Processor Family
    Memory: 2681MiB / 7826MiB
  3. I checked this issue on another linux distribution (Ubuntu 22.04 lts), and found this issue too.
  4. GNOME shows me, that connection is UP, but there is no internet.
    The conclusion suggests itself that Linux is no longer ready to work with mobile Internet)))
