When somebody answered to my thread, I wasn’t notified by mail, though I have “Watching” setting.

You had not enabled the sending of notification emails in your preferences. I’ve changed those settings in your profile now, so here’s hoping that it works.

Yes received right away. Thank you very much. No idea why the Watching does not imply that.

It’s a different thing. “Watching” and “Tracking” pertain to whether you will receive notifications and when ─ e.g. if someone replies to you ─ but if you want those notifications to be sent via email, then you have to set that separately in the Preferences section on your profile page.
