No available connections after installing

Hi all! First time using Manjaro and I just installed it on a new laptop. Thing is, I cannot connect to any wifi because of “No available connections” (either in taskbar menu or in settings)

This laptop does not have ethernet so i’m kinda stuck at what to do next :frowning:
I saw some other forum users paste some kind of device info but idk what that is or how to do it, sorry

so if you are not connected to internet, connect to it using phone and tethering, otherwise you would not be able to install driver for wifi

What is that? Sorry for my inexperience (nvm googled it

connect your phone to the pc via cable and in your phone enable tetherin so you have internet

And where do I install the driver?

so first install one kernel as a backup, the 5.10:
sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux510
then create this file:
sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
put inside it this line:
blacklist rtw88_8821ce
press ctrl+x to save the file

install headers:
pamac install linux515-headers linux510-headers
install dkms driver:
pamac build rtl8821ce-dkms-git
reboot and test wifi
