My laptop had 120hz refresh rate until now, now when trying to change refresh rate in display configuration suddenly there is no 120hz, only 60hz in my options.
How can I fix it? do anyone else faced this problem in kde?
You should check the driver in use.

I can see my nvidia drivers deleted and it runs video-linux now.
What driver is video-linux?
video-linux is the opensource drivers - and I don’t think they support 120Hz
sudo mhwd -a pci nonfree 0300

What do this command?
install the non free drivers - in your case nvidia - as you explicitly mention nvidia.

Will I see any difference with 120HZ if I use my laptop only for programming and basic daily usage?
No, it won’t. In fact, I might be wrong, but I think it’ll improve your battery life. I also only use my screen(s) at 60Hz refresh rate, and even in the 2 games I play every once-in-a-while it’s perfect to me.
