Newest steam beta-client could block to start other applications

Hello, there was an update for the steam beta-client today(12 Jan 23) which cause the x-server to reach the maximum numbers of clients.

Opt into Beta 2. Launch steam 3. Keep it running for 10-30 min

The workaround which work for now is to opt-out steam client beta.

You will find the option here:

Settings -> Account -> Beta Participation

Steam shipped an update on this today and the beta-client seems to work without these error now.
